I did a timed mission on CoV today with Boss Grissom (now lvl 40). It was a layout I've never seen before, Arachnos styling with kind of a sub venting level below the main entrance level and another floor the hell up high (accessed by vator), which made it fun to watch the (other) bad guys fall.

Lesson learned:
Do not attack 10 white cogs with 11th level dark scrapper.
1st time died, but killed 5 of them and burned 2 heals.
2nd time died, got 2, had no heals left and wished I'd
learned lesson earlier.
3rd time lived, got all 10, burned 5 heals, 1 break free and
1 damage.
Some total, 8,000+ debt and 10 cogs mission only lead to
door, so the Chimp IMP is still in debt going into the 12th
level.

This was done street hunting in Skyway City with 3 different
groups of 10 Cogs each.

Even a tanker could not easily solo 10 white cogs. They sap endurance, for one. And together can do enough damage to easily take down one hero.

Orangu-tank (lv 12 Inv/SS tanker) tried to take down 8 white trolls in Sky and nearly got his monkeybutt handed to him if it weren't for his bouncing around the streets like a primate in the jungle. I eventually got them all, but only after I got far enough away that they lost interest in me, twice.

Chimp Imp doesn't run away much.
He does his share, plus, of being defeated though.
One of these days he may learn, but I doubt it.

Now Chimp Star keeps away from defeat as much as possible.
Blast and weave (aka run away when aggro's too many mobs).
Blast and weave.
Blast and weave.
Have a little tea and then:
Blast and weave.

Actually, there is a huge difference in playing
a scrapper and a tanker. I like it.

Bud, quit being a stoner.
Or, are you trying to be a Lawyer by misquoting me?

Imagine , if you will, an orange simian tanker leaping and running
thru a larger warehouse setting, and it's hallways, low on life, being
chased be a mixure of 15 or so cogs while you beat on the few
who thought you were important enough to attack. The tanker
runs down hallways as you try to catch up, he turns around,
jumps by you dragging the cogs along, while they ignore you
until you hit one or two. The tanker just keeps going and going
while you slowly whittle away at their numbers.

I salute you Orangutank.
Scooby and shaggy have nothing on you my fearless friend.

Please identify the words in my qoute that are not from your original message or that are out of context?

WTF are you talking about, "blast and weave" with a dark scrapper?

Okay, Here is what I originally wrote.

There are 3 seperate paragraphs.
In the first I name Chimp Imp and describe his powers.
In the second I name Chimp Star, a toon I've played more
then once with your Gorilla and took for granted that you,
Bill and Mark would remember that he was a Blaster.
And, the thrid paragraph was a response to Bill's previous
message about tankers and scrappers.

So, when you questioned Blast and weave, I decided to poke
fun at you.

Humorous it's attempt was, failed miserably it's execution.
:axe:
Bury me now.

Bud and Mark, That was fun teaming up last night.
Three blasters at high teens level really rocks.
We should do it again sometime.

Thank you for helping me with that mission.
