Yep. Google's robot car project.
Glad I bought some of their stock this year. Up over $100 a share.

Re: Automotive News
Just was not sure where to put this, but have you guys seen the new Fusion? Hot damn that is a good looking car. If i like it as much in person as I do in the pictures, that may be my next car much to Michelle's dismay.

has a bit of an Aston Martin look to me which is ALL good for me.

Re: Automotive News
I'm with you, Curt. That's damn nice looking. Of course, I like the current Ford Fusion. I'd love to have a Hybrid model with the appearance package of the Sport model. I've tried to talk to Jerri about it, but she's had her fill of American made cars with all the crap we've gone through with the 'Vette. She has her heart set on a top-of-the-line Audi A4.

2600lbs, 200hp and rear drive. Lots of win there and I will definately give it a look when I am ready, but I think a sporty sedan with turbo and AWD that looks nice (are you freakin listening Subaru?) will be what I buy.
If Kia can make an Optima look like they do, why can't Subaru design SOMETHING that looks good at first sight and doesn't have to grow on me.

Re: Automotive News
I think Subaru is not a Cheerleader Car.
It keeps the juices flowing long after pretty wears off.
And, Pretty wears off damn fast.

Very profound, Jeffrey. The 'Vette does both, but she's a high-maintence bitch.

Yeah. If they can put 330 HP in the STi, I'll swap my high maintence American mistress for a sleek little Japanese model.

It's not an "imp". It's a BRZzzz...
Hmmm... It's a "Breeze".

Besides, I don't really want another "imp". If I did, I'd have a red 4-door sedan Imp STi. (There was one on the dealer show floor last year.)

Re: Automotive News
I owned a "Breeze".
Plymouth made them, also called a Cirrus and something else by Dodge.
It was a nice family vehicle, 4 doors, good gas milage, beige. We sold it
and bought the Forester, back when it was a good little station wagon with
the heart of a racer.
God I hope they come up with a better name, soon.
