Need a distraction next weekend

New postby Bud » Mon Sep 13, 2004 9:06 am

...and any night this week you can spare. The mother-in-law and brother-in-law are staying with us this week (coming in late tonight and leaving early next Monday). So, please... for the love of mercy, get me out of the house.

Also, I appologize in advance for anybody I bite this week.

:(

Might I suggest putting to use that large rectangular device with the semi-spherical protuberance on each side, I hear they work wonders on allowing one to egress from a domicile.

Actually, if you're speaking of the object I believe you are speaking of, the protuberances on each side (one at each of 4 corners) are toroidal in shape.

That sorta' was the plan. I was just hoping for an interesting destination.

I believe Greg was referring to A Door.

What about a trip to Rocky Point? If that's not a possibility, is Salt River Recreation still running Tubing for the season?

Lyle is so good.

Hope you're enjoying C of H tonight.

Bill and I are making plans for you.
I'd suggest putting together an overnight bag.

What really counts is, if you can use a door in that way, do you really need a destination? And what would the dog think?

I was gonna use the car to drive through the door. Walking is too slow.

Was hoping to have you over tonight, but work beckons on this end. :(

Plan for the weekend though. Supposed to get a bit of rain. Nothing like what Nr Mark has endured of late, I hope.

Any ideas? I've had zero time to formulate a plan. In fact, just squeezing in time to post this message.

If we do something Sunday, I'd like it to be where we could watch some football.

Well, tonight isn't likely since Jerri made a roast. I think she's planing a "family" dinner. We talked about getting together tomorrow night and we talked about getting together Saturday. Both would be great! Not sure about Sunday. Any old excuse will do. You sure you don't need network help.

Jeff, what about you. I'd be willing to pick up a copy of CoH and come over to "help you install it". Yeah, that's it. You need computer help, don't you?

Somebody please help me! If I have to listen to Buzz ask me 1000 more times how much Kawasaki Ninjas cost out here my brain is going to crawl out my ass. The damn fool is legally blind! He can't drive a motorcycle (not that he'd let that stop him from trying). Hell, he can't operate the TV remote control without screwing it up so bad it takes me 10 minutes to get it working again.

Gaaaaaahaahhaahhahahaha... :x     :x  :!: :!: :!:

Oh hell, I was going to try and convince the wife to let me buy City of Heros while we tightening the belts for our 10th anniversary.
So, my plan for tonight is out.
Friday nightis open.
Saturday morning I work from 7:00AM to 11:00 AM.
Will you be awake before this?
Sunday mornign I have horses to take care of, but should be done by 10:00 10:30.
Again, when will you be up?
There are movies, to go to.
Science center.
The zoo. I believe they rent pedal carts now.
We could link Bill's computers up and raid AT &T.Like I know anything about that.

Redecorate Bob's house.

Drive to flagstaff for lunch, or sedona.

Give me a little more time & I'll come up with a few more.
