And actually, Mickey Dolenz sang "I'm a Believer", not Davey Jones. :mrgreen:
Davey just played the tambourine and sang back-up on that song.

But, have sinced watched a few of the video's.

Robert Sherman passed away on Monday.

He and his brother won two oscars for songs
written for Disney Movies. Chim Chim cher-ee
was one of the Oscar winners.

Earl Scruggs blue grass banjo player passed away.

He wrote the Jed Clampett's theme from Beverly Hillbillies.

He also inspired many a musician with his fast picking style.

Upon arriving in heaven God asked Earl,
"What do you call it when a banjo is thrown right into the center of a trash bin?"
Earl smiled and replied, "Perfect Pitch."

Dick Clark died this morning of a heart attack at 82. Sad, end of a some sort of era there. I think he has probably been a celebrity figure all my life. I actually thought he was older.
