Just above his forehead, attached to the cart, is Bud's trophy for this eighteen at StarFire last Sunday: a pine branch that he weedwhacked with his bright yellow Top Flite XL2. It was quite a clean hack.

Is that an MGD in the cupholder?

still wondering when swinging a golf club replaced swinging a broadsword as the preferred recreational vehicle for this crowd

The PREFERRED recreational "vehicle" for me is swinging the ass-end of my Corvette around the apex of a turn.

:drive:

Did you know the ranger will chase you right off the course if you swing a broadsword instead of a golf club?

When did George swing a broadsword as regular recreation?

For that matter, when did I? (excluding my martial arts training)

I recently came across one of the original rule books for G.O.L.F. written by Duncan Mac Arden.

I shall post some of the more interesting points a bit later.
