Anybody up for a little live metal? Seether's playing Tuesday at the Marquee. Awesome band.

Wizards In Winter

Who knows how many xmas elves engineered their house lights to this tune here in Jesusland?

A buddy of mine from work (our lead architect) is the drummer in a band called "Crosstown Traffic" (yes, that's a Hindrix reference) that is playing this Sunday at the Rock 'n Roll Marathon. I may have to go see them. Here's a few links:

I believe that's his band playing on Rio Salado & Mill Ave between 9:00 AM and 1:00 AM. Unfortunately they're sharing the stage with a country band, but I may have to go check them out. Anybody interested in joining me?

Tracy's friend Valerie flew down from Canada to participate (walk) in that event.

Ack! Your buddy's band is playing right after "Texas Toast and Jam"

I spent my day there today, volunteering for the Leukemia &
Lymphoma Society. They collect over $10,000 at just one
of two pasta dinners for the marathon particpant's and each
racer earned $3,500 just to run in this event!!! A worthwhile
cause all in all.

But, I think appearing after Texas Toast and Jam would be
better then appearing after a mega group who people actually
like.

Godo Luck to them.

Actually, they share the stage. I'm they're probably alternating sets.

I finally ran across that piece of yodeling rock music that your friend Joe's band jammed that night.
