"Smoke Two Joints", not sure on the artist. I'd guess Bob Marley, but know that's not right.

Yep.

Artist is Sublime.

Song features samples of singer using his bong.

Now, try

The title is very tricky.

Cover art FOR THE ALBUM was by H.R.Giger.

They did the cover version. The Toyes did the original.

Emerson, Lake & Palmer are the artists, but now you've got me thinking about the song title. Bud, you know?

ELP is correct.

Title: Karn Evil 9 1st Impression and/or 2nd Impression.

There were three impressions taking up one side of the album (30-ish minutes).
I believe, the lyrics start at the begining of the 2nd Impression

Here is a nice one from 1991:

The match makes a graceful arc to the floor
And time stands still as I turn for the door
Which explodes in a fireball and throws me to the street
I hit the ground running with the flames at my feet
Reaching for the night which recoils from the fire
The raindrops hiss like a devilish choir
Dying in the flames with a terrible sound
Calling all the names of the sleepers all around
But then in the arms of the night, they lay
Their dreams, sprout wings and fly away
Out of the houses in a gathering flock
Swarming overhead as I hurry down the block
I make my escape with the greatest of ease
And savor the darkness, drop to my knees
And the lightless window, my hand on the latch
I reach in my pocket, and pull out a match

Can you name the title/artist ?

How could you go wrong with a rap song about arson ?

Hee hee. It recieved enough air play that I ran across it.

The artist was Mc 900ft Jesus

The song "While the city sleeps" which apparently is also the title
of a KISS song and a movie. I don't think the three have anything
to do with each other. Not a typical rap song.

Here is another obscure one for you. Off the WaxTrax label back
in 1991. I believe, they hail from Austin TX. The infamous Phildo
Owen on vocals. Lots of interesting stuff on WaxTrax.

A clip can be found in season 3 of Beavis & Butthead

[great (long) spoken word intro wich is NSW]
Ha ha ha ha... Hm hm hmmm...
Ha ha ha ha... Hm hm hmmm...

I'd like to thank my buddies...
For sticking the knife in my back...
I'd like to thank my buddies...
For twisting the knife in my back...

Trouble there's to find me...
I'll find it... (Ha!)
People wanna make some...
Don't take shit... I don't take shit!

Patience is a virtue; "There's only a thought I saw!"
I'm only sorry, when I am caught
The mouth is foaming from the vicious attack
The satisfaction of a rabid pack
Cockroaches; determined to survive...
Microwave me, watch me come alive...

Trying to box you in.

Can you name the song that includes the lyrics

Diddit diddit diddit diddit diddit diddit diddit didda
Diddit diddit diddit diddit diddit diddit diddit didda

Big song from a top 10 album from 1971

Beat out that heavy metal grammy winner Jethro Tull's Aqualung.
#1 was Led Zepplin IV
